The series will discuss key guidance for all items within the current OASIS dataset. In each session, significant changes made in the OASIS-C1 revision will be reviewed in detail with application of guidance demonstrated through brief scenarios. Attendees from all experience levels (novice to expert) will gain better understanding of OASIS-C1 as a result of this study.
Session 1
Topics include the Conventions for Completing OASIS, Patient Tracking, Clinical Record, and Patient History & Diagnoses.
Session 2
Topics include Sensory Status, Integumentary Status, Respiratory Status, Cardiac Status, Elimination Status, and Neuro/Emotional/Behavioral Status.
Session 3
Topics include ADL/IADLs and Medications.
Session 4
Topics include Living Arrangements, Care Management, Therapy Need & Plan of Care, Emergent Care, and Discharge.
