"Karl “Nick” Dobrzelecki is a senior-level executive with nearly 25 years of experience in the healthcare continuum.
Nick is responsible for strengthening and expanding Corridor’s coding solutions and works in collaboration with the existing Corridor leadership team. Previously, he served as Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Daymarck, a company acquired by Corridor in 2013. The acquisition expands client offerings to address market-driven cost pressures, ICD-10 transition preparation, reimbursement policy changes, increased compliance scrutiny and market consolidation across the healthcare delivery continuum. It also directly strengthens Corridor’s education and consulting solutions related to ICD-10.
Prior to founding Daymarck in 2007, Nick served in various leadership roles in acute care and non-acute care settings.
Nick holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Cincinnati, where he was commissioned as an Army Officer through Army ROTC and served 4 years on active duty. He is a Registered Nurse."

Bill Dombi is the President of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice. He previously served as the Vice President for Law at NAHC. As a key part of his responsibilities, Bill specializes in legal, legislative, and regulatory advocacy on behalf of patients and providers of home health and hospice care. With nearly 40 years of experience in health care law and policy, Bill Dombi has been involved in virtually all legislative and regulatory efforts affecting home care and hospice since 1975, including the expansion of the Medicare home health benefit in 1980, the formation of the hospice benefit in 1983, the institution on Medicare PPS for home health in 2000, and the national health care reform legislation in 2010. With litigation, Dombi was lead counsel in the landmark lawsuit that reformed the Medicare home health services benefit, challenges to HMO home care cutbacks for high-tech home care patients, lawsuits against Medicaid programs for inadequate payment rates, along with current lawsuits challenging the Medicare home health face-to-face encounter rule and the Department of labor changes to the overtime rules under the Fair labor Standards Act.In addition to litigation, Bill offers extensive community and professional educational services through lectures, publications, teleconferences, and videos. He is the Editor and lead author of Home Care & Hospice Law: A Handbook for Executives, the only comprehensive legal treatise on the topic. His lectures include market trends in home care, compliance, risk management, patient rights, fraud and abuse, health care reimbursement, legislative and regulatory reforms, and legal issues in telehealth services.
Bill Dombi is admitted to practice in Connecticut and Washington, DC. He is also admitted to numerous federal courts including, the US Supreme Court and several Court of Appeals. He has served on the Advisory Board for BNA’s Health Law Report and Medicare Report. Bill also is a longstanding member of the American Health Lawyers Association and the American Bar Association.

Aaron Little  |  BKD, LLP
Aaron has over 20 years of experience with BKD and oversees the operations of BKD Health Care Revenue Cycle Services, a special team that manages the billing and revenue cycle operations for home care, hospice and senior living organizations throughout the nation. He is active in multiple HHFMA committees and serves on its advisory board in an ex officio capacity.

Carissa McKenna has 21 years of experience in the health care industry with 12 of those years in the home health industry. As a clinical consulting manager with McBee Associates, Inc., she has been involved in many aspects of client fulfillment, including OASIS and coding, episode management and onsite education. While specializing in performance improvement, Ms. McKenna is also experienced in managed care, health maintenance organizations, quality assurance, coding, OASIS, integrated chronic care management and education. She is experienced in both the home health and hospice survey process, accreditation compliance, and Medicare regulations.
Ms. McKenna has developed and implemented several clinical workflows, documentation and quality assurance tools. She has trained both management and field staff providing education on all aspects of home care. Carissa currently manages several clients in episode management engagements, helping them to improve adherence to the established plan of care to ensure positive outcomes clinically, financially and operationally.

Todd Montigney is a Managing Principal and Founding Member at BlackTree Healthcare Consulting, which provides revenue cycle, outsourcing and clinical consulting services to the healthcare industry. With more than 17 years of experience, Todd specializes in stabilizing and improving business operations in hospitals, health systems, home health, hospice, long term care, and DME facilities. More recently, Todd has become a frequent contributor to industry forums, where he speaks at state association events, as well as national conferences.

Previously SVP of Research & Development for MedAssets, this veteran of Silicon Valley start-ups and corporate technology companies joined Homecare Homebase in January, 2017, bringing extensive experience in directing product management, software architecture and user experience in the U.S., India and Ukraine. Neal received his B.S. in Computer Engineering from the University of Arizona and a Masters of Software Engineering from Carnegie Mellon University.

Bill serves as Managing Principal leading all consulting, as well as product and service delivery to support home care and hospice business improvement. He previously managed Simione's Financial Consulting division, and has been actively involved in the home care and hospice industry for more than 25 years. Bill has held many interim management positions over the years, including Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Director of Patient Accounting for numerous home care/hospice organizations ranging from single agencies to multi-state organizations and hospital-owned postacute entities. During his interim management positions, he has been responsible for many agency turnarounds, including positioning an agency for acquisition. His key areas of expertise in Finance and Operations include Financial and Operational Reviews, Budgeting, Accounts Receivable Management, Acquisitions, and Medicare/Medicaid Reimbursement. Bill is a highly experienced speaker addressing many national home care and hospice organizations, as well as state and local associations. He is a member of the National Association for Home Care & Hospice, Home Care and Hospice Financial Management Association (current chair of education committee), Connecticut Association for Healthcare at Home (former treasurer and current board member), and Home Care Alliance of Massachusetts. Bill is an active member in his community serving on numerous boards of directors for many organizations, and is the former Board Chairman of Easter Seals Goodwill Industries of Greater New Haven. He is a graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Accounting
